After earning her MBA in Finance and International Business at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Elsie played key management roles with several international banks and accounting firms including Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. However, her passion has always been education and working with children.
Employed as a vice president at Morgan Stanley, Elsie decided the time was right to pursue her passion which would also allow her to spend more time with her three young children. In late 2010, she assumed ownership of the JEI Learning Center in Marlboro, after the original owner relocated overseas.
“I carefully researched several educational enrichment companies and there was no question that JEI Learning offered the highest quality program for children from elementary school through high school,” Elsie says. “It is very exciting for me to administer a strong curriculum that truly helps all of our students to excel in the classroom and beyond.”
